Here is How to Make Avocado Juice

You’ll need:

·         1 avocado(ripe)

·         500 ml cold milk

·         250 ml cold water

·         150 grams sugar

·         3 - 5 drops vanilla essence

Steps

1.      Peel the avocado and remove seed.

2.      Put the pulp of the avocado along with the sugar in a blender and blend well.

3.      Add the milk, water and vanilla essence and blend for 1 minute.

4.      Garnish and serve chilled.
