Healthy Tips. I got these Healthy Tips from chain messages through WhatsApp short messages from a community calling itself the Indonesian Doctors Association. Maybe it will be useful for us together in maintaining health for a better quality of life.

Ways to Heal Diseases with fruits / vegetables
1.     Walk 50 steps to repair body bones, climb 20 steps to repair knee bones.
2.     Coffee is not recommended for WOMEN, because it can cause osteoporosis and accelerate menopause.
3.     Boil 10 pieces of Salam leaves with 2 cups of water, drink every day for 12 days to reduce cholesterol and high blood pressure.
