One of Indonesian popular cuisine is Cilok Kuah. If you visit Indonesia, you should try it. This Indonesian cuisine is very cheap but the taste is very delicious to eat in every condition.

Here, I will tell you how to make Cilok Kuah.

Ingredients (for 2 servings)
1.      4 tablespoons of starch
2.      3 tablespoons of wheat flour
3.      2 scallions, thinly sliced
4.      1 bks my lad
5.      1 garlic puree
6.      water to boil
7.      1 tablespoon of cooking oil
8.      1 egg
9.      salt
10.   1 bks royco
11.   6 cayenne peppers

Steps (Approx. 30 minutes)
1.      Heat the water for the cilok stew,
2.      Put in starch, flour, salt, Royco, pepper, chives, fine garlic, stir well add hot water little by little until Kalis & can be in form
3.      Round the cilok until it runs out then boil until it is floating & cooked, lift & drain
4.      Heat the oil, add the eggs and scramble, add garlic & cayenne pepper (mashed) stir well until cooked & fragrant
5.      Add 250 ml boiled water, let it boil, add cilok, salt, Royco, ladaku stir taste

6.      Finished already and ready to be served, it would be more delicious if added crackers
